I want to know if this will be a good build.
-any suggestion about cheaper value with greater quality components are welcome.
-I also want to know if you guy think that all these components will be compatable altogether. ex. last long; won't burn; not too high, not too low.

Suggested price:
+$39.99 w/o mail and rebate on case
-$80.00 on CPU
-$51.99 on Memory and Mobo combo
+$44.99 on GPU
I'll like to shave off some cash if it possible without changing the CPU.
recommended total:
$1,082

Just looking at a glance... that case you listed is $60.. and its not that great. I'd suggest an Antec 900 that is on sale right now for $60 at newegg. Also, that WD HDD blue is used for less power and lower speeds, get a Samsung F3 500 GB instead.

Your GPU to CPU performance ratio is way off for a gaming system. Your CPU is unnecessarily powerful for such an old graphics card, which will bottleneck you in games.

I would switch to either an i5 (more than fast enough for gaming, saves you $80 for a minimal performance hit outside CPU-bound tasks) or an AMD Phenom II, and upgrade your GPU to the best Radeon 5000 series you have room for in your budget. $135 for a 9800 seems obscene given ATi price points these days.

Why do you say you don't want to change your CPU? You are blowing around 1/3 of your budget on a CPU and motherboard. That is definitely overkill if gaming performance is your concern. Look at benchmarks for various systems; the difference between your $280 CPU and a $100 CPU is about the same as one notch up in GPU quality in terms of actual FPS. For that $180 you could go up many, many notches in GPU quality. i5s and i7s are amazing chips, but that much processing power is just not needed for games that rely mostly on GPU performance and the cost to performance ratio is not at all favorable for the i7 right now.

That RAM is really expensive, too. The performance gains for 1600 over 1333 are minimal, so you might want to look around for a cheaper DDR3-1333 module. You could save a few bucks there to squeeze more room for the GPU in your budget, too.

tl;dr: don't waste so much money on your CPU. Unless another component is super out of date, it's hard to imagine a situation where your bottleneck for gaming performance would be anything other than your GPU. Every extra dollar you allocate to that part of your budget will make a much larger difference than it would anywhere else.

Woah alright looks like debating over i7 and i5 is over lol, I thought about upgrading graphic later on, but you got good point, I'll see what I can find
