Are you overclocking? What is your vcore? What kind of case are you using?

No im not overlocking, vcore is 0.85V – 1.3625V, I am using Galaxy 3 Case(http://www.nexus-computers.co.uk/shop/images/GALAXY3N.j...)

It has an 120mm Antec fan at the back of the case
80mm fan on the side of the case.

At the moment i have an Core 2 Duo E2180, it runs 20-22degrees Idle and 25-30degrees on full load.

Anyone have a rough idea??

Before I lapped and went with a better cooler my Q9400, I was getting idle temps around 40-42C and the low 70's with full load on an Intel board. Since then it idles around 30-32C and doesn't hit 60C under full load (i.e. Intel burn test).

Are u using heatsink & fan for yours now? if so which one?

Just got the quad and its up and running using the Gigabyte Lite G-Power,

Runing at 27-33degrees idle and 40full load.

I'd say those temps look good. You're good to go.

ave this little problem with Core Temp i've tried other temp monitoring programs also, but 3 cores seem to be sticking:

Core 1 = 41
Core 2 = 33
Core 3 = 33
Core 4 = 23

the 4th core doesnt stick it just changes between 23-30

Anyone have an idea on why the others wont move?
