Raid 1 inturrupted, hardrive dosen\'t show up

I was trying to get my drives (2 x 250) into a Raid 0 config, but accidentally choose Raid 1. I freaked out and shut-down my computer. (bad move I know) Now my Raid utility is only showing 1 drive, and no Raid configurations. Thanks for your help.

disconnect both drives, plug them into diff ports on the raid controller, try again.

I've done that already. Didn't help much
