Computer not booting up and saying some files missing

Hello,
when i switch on my computer it is displaying that some files missing or some corrupt files and asking me to insert the cd rom which is used to install the software and if you dont have the cd rom it is asking me to press the r key on the first screen...
please tell me what to do???

Insert the Windows CD. Make CD 1st boot device in F2 setup.
Boot with the CD inserted. Select 'R'' to repair the OS.
