VCore Athlon II X2 250

I'm running my Athlon II X2 250 at 3.6GHz with VCore set to 1.4750 in the BIOS, but Cpu-Z and the MoBo OC Utility show 1.45v. I guess that's a vdrop, don't know how that's called. Also, on the default VCore, both CPUz and the MoBo Utility show 1.38v.

What's the safe OverVolt for this processor?

SPECS

4GB DDR3 1600 Corsair
ASRock N68 VS3 UCC
500W Seventeam ST-500BAZ (I know, it's not worth a penny )
MSI 9800gt 512MB

Addicional: Chipset running at 1.3v (1.25 stock) and memory at default.

Turns out the system was unstable because the HT link was on auto. Getting it back to 1000MHz got the system to be stable, at 3.6GHz @1.425v. and temps at 25c idle and 44 full load with stock coolling system.
