I know how to go through the bios and everything but im just confused on the voltage or wattage part of overclocking and knowing what to disable and enable. I built the PC myself took me like 7hrs and been using it 4days so far. Can you guys check out my specs and help me out?

EDIT: Here are my Specs:

Intel Core i5-2500K
BIOSTAR TZ77B
ZALMAN CNPS9500
NZXT GAMMA Case
HIS Radeon HD 79503GB
G.SKILL 8GB DDR31600.

RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-630SS 630W
Windows 7 64-bit

EDIT: 05/11/2012:

I blew out my PSU a couple of days ago overclocking, LOL! But, bought a better one. It's a OCZ 750watt.

for sure don't go over 1.5 vcore and don't let the cpu temps over 75c

Get into your BIOS and bump up your multipliers. Step it up and do testing with prime95, intel burn test, cpu-z and HWmonitor. Good luck!
