SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming and surfing
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Monitor, Case and power supply (I have a 2 year old 650W PSU no model #, I am too lazy for that)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
I know 450$ might not be enough to build a decent pc, but its all ive got now.
Open to overclocking my room temp would be any where between 53.6 ºF and 70 F.....
I also had a question about playing games in non native monitor res., does it really affect the quality of the picture ? because I heard this from 2 of my friends they might be picky about quality tho ...
