I could be missing it, but I don't see a PSU or RAM... Get a SATA ODD instead of that IDE one. That's not my favorite case, but it's decent. I don't see a budget either, but if possible, consider an i7 860 and 8GB of RAM for your uses. If you're not overclocking, you can skip the HSF and thermal paste.
