5750 artifacts + coloured snow

hi guys

i recently bought a 5750, and after exiting Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield, everything went a shade of pink, almost as if though there was a pink filter on my monitor. I rebooted, and now i have random coloured pixels. they are not dead pixels, they do not stay in the same places, and they are different colours.

also, while playing any games, i get artifacts on the screen: screwy lines, random shapes flickering.
i am not overclocking, i am using the 9.11 drivers

what's wrong? any help would be appreciated

edit: the artifacts and snow happen when watching videos also

rma it or try to increase fan speed

happens occassionally on my laptop...uninstalling drivers ....rebooting.....cleaning registry of GFX driver related leftovers w/ CCleaner .... rebooting ....installing GFX driver fresh works so far.

as far as i know that is cause by the faulty card...

thanks for your input guys, but ive found out that it was the card by shoving it in another comp
