FOr example, I can also get 1333Mhz with 7-7-7-20 1.5v. DOnt know if its better but would be nice to know.

It is high qualty and has very tight timings.1600MHz is usually better for overclocking.
Ram timings are generally CL9,CL8,CL7 some are 6
Most general usage ram is CL9 which is fine.
Most gamers and overclockers go for tighter timings.
CL: CAS Latency. The time it takes between a command having been sent to the memory and when it begins to reply to it. It is the time it takes between the processor asking for some data from the memory and it returning it.
Nothing wrong with that ram but if you overclock your cpu the 1600MHz will be easier to work with.
