XFX 5770 in stock for $170 versus SAPPHIRE at $160

so with the $10 off from the discovercard promotion + the $10 rebate by refusing the Wired subscription the total comes out to $160...

question is.. is it worth it over the 5750 at this price?
the 5750 is out of stock but it's basically 140 - 20 = $120...

update... the $10 discover promotion ended now the XFX is $170 after Wired rebate, but the Sapphire card came in stock at $160 after Wired rebate

running...
core 2 duo E8400
4 gigs OCZ ddr2-1066
with dell 2408wfp (1900x1200)

regular 7200 RPM hard drive

I was just reading up again the review THG did, I have a 4770 myself . Just bought it for my new build. Might go crossfire down the road. But if your going from a 8800 with that resolution you want at least the 5770, I would think. Heres a good comparison , with nvdia cards and ATI 4 series. 5750 would be a sideways -non upgrade.

The HD 5770 can give you at least a 10% gain (easy) at 1920 x 1200 with very high settings compare to the HD 5750. Can be as high as 20% (Resident Evil 5). See following benchmarks to decide for yourself.

another question... the sapphire card is $10 cheaper at $160 and the XFX is now $170.
both have the reference cooling design....
how do I choose?

I think XFX has better brand recognition but are the card exactly the same?

Someone mentioned that this card runs cool, so I'm aiming at max overclock.... is one better than the other?
