As the title says, whenever I reboot my machine, POST gets stuck at DET DRAM. Interestingly, this does *not* happen when I cold boot it (shut it all the way down, hit the power button), only when I do normal reboots. System is also rock-solid once it gets through POST. It's weird.

If you haven't already...
Clear the CMOS.
Check the timings and voltage for your ram that they match the manufacturers spec?
Check one piece of memory at a time in different channels, in an attempt to rule out a single DIMM or channel as the problem.
