2 x CORSAIR XMS2 DHX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX
ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor Model BX80562Q6600

As the title says, whenever I reboot my machine, POST gets stuck at DET DRAM. Interestingly, this does *not* happen when I cold boot it (shut it all the way down, hit the power button), only when I do normal reboots. System is also rock-solid once it gets through POST. It's weird.

If you haven't already...
Clear the CMOS.
Check the timings and voltage for your ram that they match the manufacturers spec?
Check one piece of memory at a time in different channels, in an attempt to rule out a single DIMM or channel as the problem.
