Budget DDR3 Suggestion needed

I'm getting a DDR3 micro ATX motherboard for a HTPC. It's DDR3 1066/800. That's what it says. So i want to get 2x2GB pack that is cheap but good quality. The only thing i have to go by is newegg ratings. I've had nothing but good success from kingston so i picked outt this set. Is it good? Should i go cheaper? This ram will clock down easy, right?
