Whenever I click on my add remove program from my control panel it will not populate my list. I have tried waiting for it to load but it never does. When I use system scans I can never really find the problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Boot from your Windows CD and Repair the OS.

I don't know that much about computers so could you translate that into simple terms?

Try this, instead - Download REVO uninstaller. It is (free) and better.

Then Get someone who knows how to repair your OS to help you.

Hello, I found this string in another location of tom's hardware:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/244764-45-programs-re...

You can give those steps a try, and also keep an eye on the progress there. I would have gone with the REGSVR32 commands first. Those are relatively benign and shouldn't hurt to run even if the DLL's are already properly registered. If the commands generate an error we have a starting point.
