Fat32 chkdsk

disk check runs every time the system boots. All of my drives are formatted FAT32. I check the dirty bit on all of my drives and the system reports that the drives are clean. When i then reboot, disk check runs again

Look in scheduled tasks, if chkdsk is there, delete it - Also check startup programs.
