Hi, I just got my new rig with the Arctic Freezer A30 and I am trying to overclock my Phenom II x4 965 BE.
However, when running prime95 (blend) im getting 66 degrees, at stock speed.

I am using Titan Nano Grease for compound, and I believe that it is correctly applied.

CPU Speed: 3,4 GHz
Multiplier: 17,0
Bus frequency: 200 Mhz
CPU Voltage: 1,400 V
(should I try and change any of these? I am not a very experienced overclocker)

Specs:
ASUS M5A97
AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition
2x4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
1TB Seagate Barracuda
Gigabyte Radeon HD6870 OC
Hantol 800W PSU
Cooler Master 430 Elite

Is it something I'm doing wrong or did I get a bad cooler?

Thanks alot,
/Alex

Those temps are on the high side. You could reduce the voltage to around 1.25-1.3v to lower your temps. I'd make sure that the thermal paste is applied properly & case airflow.
