Getting a ATI HD4350 512 free play very few games except wow wondering if ill be able to play with a good frame rate at medium such as >30. other info 4g ram, AMD Athlon 2 2.9ghz duel core. And does it support direct x 10

the 4350 is only marginally better than the HD3300 thats integrated into the 790GX, you might get 30FPS at 1024x768 and lowest settings but thats about it, anything higher would be a significant boost, even a $60 4650.

Does the 4650 draw power just from the board or does it need its own hook up from the pwr supply . as in if i bought a all ready set up box could i just pop in a 4650 and most likely not have to worry about power problems?

The 4650 draws barely any power and gets all that it needs from the motherboard. A 4650 is what is suggested for people with very weak PSUs, if it gives you a power problem then something is very wrong.

I really appreciate the help computer science major and my home desktop just broke i do almost all my real computer on the school mainframe or laptop so i just want some thing cheap to do some c++ , surf the web and play wow with was looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and just tossing in XFX HD-465X-YAF2 Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Retail theres probably better or cheaper solutions but for the price i kinda just wanna get rolling again if i have to ill replace the card later not really well versed in graphics cards wondering if theres any compatibility issues. I really appreciate any help.
