Restore acer laptop to factory settings

my acer aspire one starts up with the screen asking me to either start in safe mode, or start in safe mode with networking or start windows normally. When i try ithe screen keeps coming back to the same opening screen

sounds like your windows installation is messed up. back up your data and then restore the laptop to factory settings using the system restore partition. check your acer manual or their website on how to launch the system restore process at boot time.

Thanks for the quick reply. I cannot get the windows window up when i switch on. all I get when I switch on is the start up in safe mode, safe mode with networking or normal windows, when I try it starts then goes back to the same screen
