My $630 gaming comp, any additional wisdom to impart?

Here's what I've come up with after a couple hours of research. Seems to all be compatible, just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.

Case: COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum Bezel , SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - $50
MoBo: GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - $60 (I'm aware I'll have to o/c this to make it compatible with the 1600 RAM)
Graphics: GIGABYTE GV-N98XPZL-1GH GeForce 9800 GTX+ 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - $50 (I got a special deal)
Power Supply: hec X-Power Pro 650 650W Continuous @ 40°C ATX 12V v2.2 / EPS 12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply - $55
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core - $100 (Planning on o/c'ing this to 3.25 GHz)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) - $110
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" - $50
Disk Drive: Sony Optiarc 24X DVD/CD Rewritable Drive Black SATA - $25
Additional Cooling: ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU Cooler $30 (I know my other stuff comes with cooling, but I haven't read great reviews and considering my o/c'ing plans I thought I'd play it safe)
