1TB Argosy Mobile HDD on Disk1 and 500GB WD Passport not working

hello, I'm new in here.help me how to fix my problem, it's been 3 days now that I'm looking for a solution. I have a laptop HP Vista x86 SP2, (1) 1TB Argosy Mobile Video HDD (HV356T) and (1) 500 GB WD my Passport Essential HDD. before, this (2) external HDD working very well until my 1TB Argosy Mobile Video got corrupted. something like I/O error. All my movies, music, important files are all there in 1TB Mobile Video. I download a 3rd party application for a data recovery and it's recovered all. All the files i put in my Wd Passport. The Argosy Mobile Video file system become RAW. so i format the Argosy and it is now NTFS. unfortunately, i found out that my Argosy became Disk Drive (DRIVE1) and used WDC WD10-EACS 000ZJB0 USB Device. everytime i plugged it, in Disk Managament its DRIVE1 and in Device Manager its on the Disk Drive and USB Mass Storage Device not in IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers. so when i connect my WD Passport Essential it's not working anymore. The light is steady on. i download a driver of WD but it came out Code 31. Vista wont detect my WD Passport.
