Cannot access the internet

hello i have a hp mini 1000 computer and it has issues for instance i can't access the internet because it does not reconize the usb port that i'm plugged into by the way the only have two usb ports no RJ45 or RJ11 ports. i know what i need to download to fix it BUT the usb ports have ISSUES!! HELP

Hi. Ask someone you know to download it for you and put it on a CD. Also update to service pack three. Ask someone to do this for you as well.

are you sure you don't have an RJ45 (ethernet) port? according to HP's specs you do.
