How to reinstall windows xp if the pc wont boot

Hello,
my pc doesnt boot even when I already put the windows cd.. nothing appear at the screen.. then suddenly it will pop-up a message that says put windows cd.. help me

Did U change boot order in bios?
Can't U see the - Press any key to load cd message at all?
or does the -put windows cd.. message appear after you see the drivers loading?
Can U get in recovery console?
Have U tried to borrow another xp cd, to see if it works? Your own cd may not work.
If U can't, U can try to make a bootable usb, if your bios allows it.
