IBM intellistation z pro 6223 3 sets of 3 beeps?

I have an intellistation z pro that all of the sudden won't start.All i get is a set of 3 beeps 3 times in a row!Any ideas please help.I tried reseating the ram and nothing!

Bad memory module - this is the POST error message meaning that the CPU cannot access RAM on startup.
You get this if you try to use the wrong speed RAM or if a RAM module fails.
