What SSD would you guys recommend in 160 GB (give or take) size range? It doesn't have to be the fastest there is, I'm looking for a good "all-around performer" that is reasonably priced (less than $300). Use is general: programming, gaming, etc.

What software would you recommend to move existing Windows 7 64- bit Pro installation to a new bigger disk. I've never done this kind of copy but I hope its possible to do a kind of "image copy" ?
