Gaming Rig For $2000 or less

I really need some help on this one guys, I am finally ready to build my new computer, but don't really know which hardware to get, I was thinking...

Intel i7 920 or 950
ATI Radeon 4890x2 or 5870
An Intel and AMD compatible motherboard.
Coolermaster Scout case. :ouch: 
Ill just use the sound card built in with the motherboard.
700-watt power supply.

Just imagine you are in my shoes, what would you go with?
Remember the fact I'm going to overclock to Super Saiyan 5! :D

6gb OCZ ram, 3x2, with space for 3 more.

At the rate tech gets obsolete if it were me i would just get

P2X3 720BE or P2X4 925
CM Hyper 212 HSF and clock away
Gigabyte 770T-UD3P/Asus 790X (no need fancy smancy mobo)
2 x 2 DDR3 1333 CL7
HD 5870 <--oh ya no compromises for GPU!, just non CF and look to clock it maybe
Samsung F3 1TB
SATA DVDRW
CM 690
Corsair 650TX

Either drop in a Thuban six-core chip or hell look for another price/perfomance rig for games in future hehe
