Need tips to remove fan screw from 4870

Okay, I need to replace the stock fan from my XFX 4870, the stock cooler is not a a reference design http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
anyway, the screw on the back is extremely small, and they are extremely tight as well, so before I try to do something more bizarre, anyone have tips to video guide that tell me how to remove them?
