PCIe x16 at x4 mode + PhysX

I've recently picked up an Asus Maximus III Formula mobo(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) and will be going SLI on it at some point in the future. The board has a PCIe x16 slot that runs at x4 mode. I was wondering if this lane would be good enough for popping in my old 8800 gts to use as a dedicated PhysX card.

To keep it short, is using a x4 lane going to hinder the PhysX at all? I'm not too keen on this subject. :pt1cable:

X4 should be more than good enough for a PhysX card as is an 8800GTS.
