Dell GeForce3 Ti 500 video card

Any geforce4 or better that requires less or equal to that your current system uses. The geforce3 cards are not easy to track down except for the dog crap versions but look around on ebay or a local store for a cheap 4/8x agp card if it is only for 2D work. Gaming look on newegg for a modern ati card.

It does not need to be Dell. If it is this machine http://docs.us.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim8200/s... it has an AGP 4x slot.
