What are your needs ?

One or two GFX cards, how demanding are they ?

Overclocking ?

If ya gonna dump a PSU, make sure you step up a notch up and not down.

yeah i notice that. that is why im asking if i should keep it or sell it and add $40 for a CORSAIR CMPSU series.
Im going to go either AMD x3 720 BE or Intel i5, hd5850 or 5870, no crossfire, 4-6gb of ddr3 rams, 1x320gb hard drive

Go for it!

Recently I read a series of competent technical reviews about OCZ 700 watt power supplies. They all had similar shortcomings and missing features that are standard in high quality power supplies. It appears as if OCZ took shortcuts to reduce production costs. Overall I have found OCZ is inconsistant in their offerings.

Corsair has a reputation for high quality power supplies. They consistently earn high marks in technical reviews. They are very stable, reliable, and come with a 5 year warranty.
