Requesting advice on new build.

The P4 3.2 machine that lives on my desk is showing it's age and I'm ready to build a new PC. I've always been a gamer, but due to peer pressure I strayed to the dark side (consoles) and I haven't been following pc upgrades for quite some time. I could use some advice from you guys. This is what I'm thinking of building.

Processor- AMD Phenom II X3 $119.00

Motherboard - Asus M4A78T-E $129.99

Memory - Mushkin 996657 $119.99

HDD - Undetermined yet, but I'm not really worried about this part. Should be easy to find a good deal on one this weekend at a local office store or Newegg.

VGA - Nvidia GTX 260 $214.99

PSU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171037&Tpk=silent%20pro%20700] Cooler Master Silent Pro 700 $109.99

Optical Drives Will be reusing these from previous build.

OS Windows 7 Home Premium OEM $104.99

Case I've got a NZXT Tempest that I will use.

I'm trying to stay in the $800 dollar range after rebates. Does anyone see any problems w/ this setup, anything I overlooked, or maybe improvements I should consider? Also I've always been a Intel fanboy; what do you guys think about the Phenom II X3 processor? I was originally thinking i5 but that raises the overall cost a bit. Thanks for the help.
