Hey guys, so this is my first custom built computer. Main use is for gaming. I will list what i have set up from research, reviews, some friends, and lots of reading. Please just let me know if its all compatible, or if there are better parts out there for the money, other sites i should buy from, etc. I think i will be running with windows 7? Thanks so much in advance!

Socket 775 is outdated and a dead end. Go with a AMD athlon or Phenom build. Your board only supports DDR2 ram you have DDR3 picked. That PSU is a no no. Need a Corsair, Antec or OCZ. Spinpoint f3 HDD, same price for better performance.

Whats wrong with a Rosewill? I have yet to have to RMA or do warrenty service on any of the 25 I've ordered in the past year.

Nice build - i especially like the CM Scout! With a solid case/psu investment it will be mainstays for many an overhaul/upgrade later so good choice ^^

one last thing....
do i need the 700W power supply? if not i would love to know off $20 or so.. and and recommendations for mouse keyboard? because they just removed the one i picked from newegg because they ran out.
