Anioapi.dll file

Hello, I have windows XP - when my computer boots up i get a message.. unable to locate anioapi.dll application.. try reinstalling.
The past few times i x-it out.. and it seems to go away... am i causing harm to the computer.. please help.. thank you.. Chakra915@aol.com
