I plan on putting this together in Jan-Feb and wanted to see what the thoughts were on these parts. I mainly play games and home video/photo shop. I may back off the GPU to a 5870 if I can't find the money or the 5970 doesn't come down in price by then.

I may do a small amount of over-clocking so recommendations for a good, quiet fan would be helpful. Also, I will have this computer in a small room and wondering if you think this will cook me if I'm unable to crack a window (weather). Thanks for all responses, I've been doing all my research here. From here until I make my purchases I will simply be looking for the best prices on these parts.
