Normal to be experience lag/mouse lag duing OCCT/prime95?

Im doing the ram/linpack tests in prime95/OCCT.

Is it normal to be experiencing lag whilst doing other things while doing these stress tests? Im not getting any errors as far as I can see.

Speedstep and all that is disabled, im using a fixed voltage and clocks because I like to benchmark a lot and play intensive games a lot. =)

Specs below

i7 2600k@ 4.3GHz 1.3VCore
Corsair a70 CPU cooler (My temps never exceed 66 Celcius on the hottest core under load)
asrock p67 extreme 4 gen3
GTX 550 TI
8gb@1600MHz crucial ballstix sport ram
Antec Earthwatts 650w 80+ certified Bronze
Cooler Master Haf 912
Windows 7 utlimate 64 bit

oh yeah. you're gonna lag everywhere while stressing your CPU after all it's already running at 100%.
