I'm hoping to find some deals on Monday and buy the parts then but it might be in the next few weeks.


i already have a 24" Asus 1900x1200 monitor

i was hoping to keep the price around $1100 with everything but the monitor and mouse. (dont have a keyboard picked out yet)

its going to be used for gaming (crysis, borderlands)

Not that dx11 is better its that 4890 is out dated now. Why pay more for a card that can be matched for less with newer tech and less power consumption?? Plus you can save a bit of money on the PSU. Most people could care less about dx 11, the 5770 is the better choice.

Its cheaper and faster. the speed, which the trident is 2k and the ripjaws is 1600 doesn't matter once its over 1333. The latencies matter, the one I picked is 7-8-7 latencies which is faster than 9-9-9. Its on sale for a really great deal, don't pass it up. I paid $105 for that same ram.
