Hi.

I prefer avoid the ASUS since is specially for SLI and u have an ATI GPU, in that case is better go with the Gigabyte and like Maziar says have a newer and better chip.

I am currently running the Gigabyte one. I am worried about the default voltages being too low though. Can someone give me the corrects voltages for E6600 on the gigabyte board.

If you haven't run in to any crashes/instabilities,then don't change anything,but if you want to change the settings,then set the RAM voltage,timings and speed in the BIOS manually to the manufactures settings

Yeah, if u don't change anything in ur mobo all the voltages will be configured in auto unless that u change something for OC.
