Help me choose a MB for i5-750@4ghz

Hello,
I'm planning to build a new pc soon. My goal is to OC an i5-750 to 4ghz on air (zalman extreme or similar performance cooler). However my budget is limited and I need a cheap p55 mobo, that could maintain the i5 on 4ghz stable. I'm leaning towards Asus and Gigabyte, but can't decide the exact model. Usb 3 and SATA 6gb/s would be a plus. I'm waiting for your recommendations.

Hi.

Cheap mobos aren't recommended for OC, this MSI P55-GD65 is very solid but if u want something more better go with this ASUS P7P55D-E Pro with both MSI and ASUS u can get the 4GHz with the correct settings.

Thanks for your answer, I will probably go with P7P55D-E Pro. Also, what about Gigabyte? Any good models for my build?

This Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3 but don't support Crossfire at a good speed.
