Hi everyone , gonnna upgrade to new mobo...I need help from all of u..
Have ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS , going to buy MSI 790GX-G65 AM3 .

I have an AMD Athlon X2 7750 AM2+ , so would it be Compatible with the mobo which
I am going to buy ?

No it will not be supported. Your CPU is a AM2+ and the new motherboard you want is an AM3 socket, which an AM2+ won't fit in (AM3 fits in an AM2+... not the other way around)

But my present AM2+ motherboard supports a few AM3 processors....so why that wont be ?

Why do you need somebody else to tell you the same thing as tecmo34 already did. Some AM2+ motherboards support AM3 chips with a BIOS update, but NO AM3 MOTHERBOARDS SUPPORT AM2+ chips.

Maybe if you don't believe us you'll believe it if it comes from the horse's mouth.

If you want to use your old CPU you'll have to use an AM2+ motherboard.
