CPUZ Reading incorrectly

Getting incorrect readings of CPU multiplier and block speed when using CPUZ however it indicates the correct CPU speed. Real temp indicates the correct readings and verifies the bias settings. Future Mark all so verifies the correct settings,Does anyone know why the contradiction when using CPUZ.I'm just curious?

Your processor is underclocking itself, this is a feature in BOTH Intel and AMD processors. It is nothing to worry about, as it saves power and cpu life!

No idea but it should read 1600mhz in idle state.
