Looking to overclock but dont know where to start

Hi this is my first attempt to overclock and don't really know where to start,

My specs are:
Motherboard: Asus P5K SE
Proccessor: Pentium E2200 @ 2000Mhz
Ram: DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400 7Gb
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT


Any help will be really appreciated

get into bios start from there by raising multiplier...
