GPU temp?

I have an Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 1GB

was just wondering what the optimal temperature was, because i saw that i was running about 37 degrees C and 48-50 degrees C playing WoW at 75% fan speed.

any input is appriciated, thanks.

Not sure what you mean by optimal, temperature will vary between cards and is affected by cooler and case airflow. If its only going up to 50C that is very cool, 80C is warm and 90+ is considered to be hot.

mine goes to 64*C load

Temps are very good...
My 9800GT idles at 41c and load 60c.

Though in summers it idled at 50c and full load 90c!

Though that is still in normal temp range.

I mean these cards can handle temps upto 95c.Theres nothing to worry.

Cool, very cool... argh the insanity of it all..

Yes for that card it's well within norms...

But it may or may not be good for the cards next to it, or the innards of you case: Memory, CPU etc.

Make sure the other components are within specs as well....

Personally I find it annoying as my house hold AC has to work a lot harder ;-)
