DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER, help

I start up my computer today and then i get this error, i can't even use my windows xp pro disc to reinstall windows or do repair because the SCSI adapter says "sparrow.sys corrupted" setup cannot continue. I have this other computer, could i try switching hard drives? I have Windows Xp Professional 2003 sp1, please help. I even tried replacing the CMOS Battery, but i donno how to get windows to boot like normal!

you can switch hard disks if you like but either way it will still require you to do a fresh installation of windows. If you are using a SATA hard disk then you must use a Windows XP with SP3 not SP1. you can learn how to slipstream sp3 here:
