What is the best method for applying thermal grease? Which is the best thermal grease?

Best method, check the arctic silver site for applying the thermal grease and after that buy arctic silver 5. It served me well until now. It has lots of particles of silver(99% i think) and remember that silver is the most conductive metal in terms of heat transfer. (better then copper, aluminum..and other...,well copper is right after silver and almost twice as good as aluminum or something like that)
