Reccomendations on CPU cooler

I am looking for a CPU cooler that will cool an i5 3570k @ around 5GHz. My max height is about 4.5" and if I get Liquid cooling I have room for a 120mm radiator.

it aint gonna happen bro. At 5ghz, you will need a massive heatsink which it wouldn't fit in your case or you will need at least a dual 120mm radiator which is not coaptable with you case

this because ivy bridge runs hotter than sandy therefore needs ore cooling

I changed my case. I now have a 17cm (about 6.5") height MAX.
