no. the extra video ram is only useful in situations where you are running a high-resolution monitors such as a 30inch 2560x1600. there is no real benefit in performance

yea might as well just get the 2gb and overclock it yourself, the extra memory isnt all that useful unless under specific situations, like large monitors or maybe high end editing software or something.

It says it's super clocked? For someone, who knows how and will overclock anyways will that benefit that person at all?

Overclocking that card is easy. Save your money and get the regular one for $399. I have the EVGA 680 and have been playing around with overclocking. I use EVGA precision x. All you do is move the sliders for the power target, GPU offset and memory offset. I would recommend saving your money and doing it yourself.
