Just making sure

I was told in a previous post that i would need 2 of these to properly cool and overclocked 2 GTX 680's and an overclocked i5 2500k.

I just want to make sure before dropping 500 bucks on these bad boys that I really need two, or that I really need this fairly expensive radiator.

Well, you can use that radiator and have "decent" temps, or buy two like this:

For the Black Ice GT you need high RPM fans.

I was looking at this radiator previously, until someone from my other post said to go with the one in my op.

Would that yield better performance over the two you have posted?

Well, the one that you posted is a more bigger radiator that usually is installed in some full ATX cases or outside of the case, the two options that I posted can do a very good work in your rig but I suggest you go with two radiators instead of one.
