^ That is a good setup...but if you are planning for an overclock, then you better change the mobo...The SE version has many bottlenecks which doesnt allow even a decent overclock...
For just $10 more, you can get this mobo...Will allow for a good overclock and has good features too...
EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58

Graphics card - Do you game ? If No, then you can change the graphics card to something lower like the GTS 250 or even these would be good options...
GT240

Rest are very good choices...

I had looked at that mobo, but didn't know enough about them to know which one was better, thanks.

As for the graphics card, no, I don't game. I just wanted a good enough graphics card to help out my cpu when editing AVCHD footage. Also, down the line I plan on installing an internal Blu-Ray player/burner and hooking my computer up to my TV in order to watch Blu-Ray's and I wanted to make sure my graphics card could handle that without having to upgrade it too.

Didn't even notice this. Thanks. I just was getting a small HDD for my OS and using the 1 TB I have already for storing video files. This is certainly a better deal, this is why I posted this before I bought it. Thanks.

^ Glad it helped...
And as for that GT240, it has more than enough power for 1080p playback and most of the video editing apps make use of CUDA, which is supported by this graphics card too...So I feel this card would suffice for your needs and the power consumption on these cards are also pretty low...
