How to fix motherboard of pc

Hello,i have problem with my pc.it doesn't turn on. i have test with other monitor but the result is still the same.nothing was display on monitor. i also have tested with other cable as i thought it was problem with cable monitor.is the problem now with the motherboard or cpu.if yes,how i want to solve it. tq

Is the hard drive drive spinning up?

Did you connect the front panel power button wires/connector to the right pins on the motherboard?

Is your power cable attached to the back and is there power from the wall socket?

Hmmm. what else could be the obvious problem?
