More about error installing booting system
  1. CRC is something to do with HDD i think.

have you got it connected to the right sata port on the mobo?

if you're using two HDD's then make sure the boot HDD is on SATA 0 or 1 (can't remember which)

edit: hm... have you changed boot order to optical drive first? strange it would get a CRC error.
  2. I am booting from the optical drive and i still have many problems. Either the system hangs or it just CRC errors. I have tried a few combinations of memory (1 stick, 2 sticks) etc. no luck thus far
