High CPU Temps

I Have a Asus P7P55 LX and have enabled xmp mode to get the ddr3 ram up to 1600, is there anything i need to turn off as my cpu temperatures on running high when xmp is running? 60 degrees on average 75 degrees full load.

sorry updating reset my settings, whenever I run the XMP profile to get 1600 ram my cpu goes up to 60 degrees from 45 average temperatures.

Only way I can see of editing the DDR Frequency is by enabling the xmp profile.

Is this temperature rise normal?
